Type 2 Diabetics should make a long appointment to see their GP to get an Allied Health Group service referral for eight free sessions (excluding pool entry fee).
 

 

Les McHenry is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist based in Tolga, North Queensland. He is an Allied Health Professional with a four year university degree in Sports Science, specialising in physical activity and exercise prescriptions.

Les speciality area is dealing with clients who can be referred through the Department of Veteran Affairs i.e. Gold or White Card holders.

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist works in conjunction with other professionals, such as Doctors, Dietitians, Physiotherapists, Chiropractioners etc to improve the health and movement of patients.
